U7-U12
U7–U12 Basketball Fundamentals Training
Our U7–U12 Basketball Training Program is designed to help young athletes build a strong foundation in the game through structured, age-appropriate coaching. The program focuses on developing essential basketball skills, including ball handling, shooting mechanics, passing, footwork, and body control.
Players will also be introduced to basic offensive concepts such as 2–4 player movement, spacing, cutting, passing combinations, and simple team play. In addition, athletes will learn key defensive fundamentals, including defensive stance, footwork, positioning, and on-ball defense.
This program is ideal for young players who are new to basketball or looking to improve their fundamentals, confidence, and overall understanding of the game. Our goal is to help each athlete develop proper habits, improve their skills step by step, and prepare for future team training, school teams, or club-level basketball.
U14+
U14+ Advanced Basketball Skills Training
Our U14+ Advanced Basketball Skills Training Program is designed for players who are ready for a higher-intensity, game-focused training environment. This program emphasizes practical, in-game skill development with stronger physicality, faster pace, and more competitive drills.
Training focuses on improving all-around basketball skills, including advanced ball handling, shooting under pressure, finishing through contact, passing reads, footwork, defensive intensity, and decision-making in real game situations. Players will also work on 1-on-1, 2-on-2, 3-on-3, and small-sided game scenarios to develop better spacing, timing, communication, and offensive execution.
This program is ideal for athletes who want to improve their overall performance, become more confident in competitive situations, and prepare for school teams, club basketball, or higher-level gameplay. Our goal is to help players train with purpose, compete with intensity, and transfer their skills directly into real games.
Small group (MAX 6 PLAYERS) U10-U12&U13-U14
Our 6-Player Premium Small Group Training is one of our featured programs, designed for athletes who want more focused coaching and faster skill development. With a limited group size of only six players, each athlete receives more repetitions, more attention, and more direct feedback from the coach.
This program allows coaches to target each player’s specific needs, including ball handling, shooting, finishing, footwork, passing, defense, decision-making, and game situations. The smaller training environment also creates higher training quality, better correction, and more competitive intensity.
This program is ideal for players who want a more personalized training experience while still benefiting from the energy and competition of a small group setting. Our goal is to make sure every athlete gets enough training volume, meaningful coaching guidance, and clear areas for improvement.
Coach Victor
Meet Coach Victor
Coach Victor brings high-level experience from the national team, NCAA Division I, U SPORTS, and professional basketball in Europe.
He represented Team Canada U17, earned BioSteel All-Canadian recognition, won a Big Sky Conference Championship with Eastern Washington University, and competed in March Madness.
He later continued his university career at SFU and UBC before beginning his professional basketball career in Europe.
Victor also brings coaching experience from camps at Eastern Washington and UBC, as well as skill development work with junior athletes at his professional club.
